How to Fill

Open each bag fully and fill with a loose, well-draining potting mix.

For leafy vegetables and herbs, compost or vermicompost can be mixed into the growing medium for organic matter. Coco peat and perlite can also be included to keep the mixture light and well aerated.

Fill close to the top while leaving enough space for watering. Level the surface gently before sowing seeds.

Kiyari Planting

The shallow Kiyari shape is useful when you want to grow several small plants across the same surface rather than one larger, deep-rooted plant.

Coriander, methi and spinach can be sown across the bag with suitable spacing. Spring onions can be arranged in rows, while lettuce seedlings can be spaced according to their mature size.
