- Useful for roses, vegetables, vines and fruit plants
- Mixes easily with water
- Suitable for preventive use and early treatment

Best Uses
Kumulus 80 DF is commonly used when plants show:
- White powdery growth over leaves
- Rust-coloured spots or pustules
- Fine yellow spotting caused by mites
- Bronzed or damaged leaves from mite feeding
- Early fungal problems during suitable weather
It works best when applied at the beginning of the problem. Remove badly damaged leaves before spraying when practical.
How to Use
- Mix approximately 2–3g of Kumulus 80 DF in 1 litre of water.
- Stir thoroughly until the granules are evenly dispersed.
- Spray over both sides of the affected leaves and stems.
- Apply during the morning or evening when the weather is not hot.
- Repeat after 7–10 days if the problem remains.
Prepare only the amount required for one application. Shake or stir the sprayer occasionally so the sulphur remains evenly mixed.
Local Tips
During humid weather in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, inspect closely packed plants regularly for powdery mildew and mites. Improve airflow and avoid keeping leaves continuously wet.
On hot rooftops and balconies, apply in the early morning or evening. Do not spray heat-stressed plants under strong afternoon sunlight.
Kumulus is a contact product, so complete coverage is important. Spray the undersides of leaves where mites commonly remain.
Precautions
Wear gloves and a mask while mixing and spraying. Avoid application during strong sunlight or when temperatures are above approximately 30°C.
Do not mix Kumulus directly with neem oil, horticultural oil or another oil-based spray. Keep the product away from children, animals, food and drinking water.
For edible plants, leave 7–10 days between spraying and harvesting. Wash harvested produce thoroughly before use.
Storage
Keep the pack tightly closed in a cool, dry and shaded place. Protect the granules from moisture because damp material may form lumps and become difficult to measure.
FAQs
Why is white residue visible after spraying?
Kumulus contains sulphur that remains over the treated surface after the water dries. A light white residue is normal and does not mean the plant has developed another disease.
Can Kumulus be used for root rot?
No. Kumulus is mainly used as a foliar contact treatment for surface fungal problems and mites. Root rot requires correction of drainage and identification of the organism causing the problem.
Can Kumulus be mixed with neem oil?
Do not mix them in the same sprayer. Sulphur and oil applied too close together can damage leaves. Apply them separately and leave an appropriate gap between treatments.
Is Kumulus also a sulphur fertilizer?
Although it contains sulphur, Kumulus 80 DF is formulated and sold as a fungicide and miticide. It should not replace a fertilizer intended to correct sulphur deficiency.
Why did leaves become scorched after application?
Scorching can occur when sulphur is applied in strong sunlight, during very hot weather, at an excessive dose or too close to an oil treatment. Apply during cooler hours and use the recommended concentration.
