Cauliflower (پھول گوبھی) produces compact edible heads with a tender texture and mild taste. It performs best in cool to mild weather, bright sunlight, and loose fertile soil that drains well. This productive winter vegetable can be grown in garden beds or medium to large pots and is commonly used in mixed vegetable dishes, pakoras, soups, rice, and traditional meals.
Cauliflower belongs to the cabbage family and has historical roots around the Mediterranean, where early cabbage relatives were gradually selected for their edible flower heads.
