Alyssum Yellow, also known as Basket-of-Gold or Yellow Alyssum produces clusters of bright golden-yellow flowers that create a low, spreading carpet of color. It grows well in cool to mild weather, prefers full sunlight and well-drained soil, and is suitable for 6-8 inch pots, borders, rock gardens, and garden beds. Native to Europe and nearby rocky regions, it became popular worldwide for its cheerful spring blooms, compact growth, and ability to brighten edges and containers beautifully.
