Pea microgreens are thick, crunchy shoots with a fresh, sweet taste — just like raw peas, but in leafy form. These microgreens are harvested young, around 8 to 12 days after sowing, and grow tall, vibrant green stems with delicate tendrils that add both flavor and beauty to your dishes.
Easy to grow indoors or on balconies, pea microgreens thrive in shallow trays filled with moist cocopeat or compost. They require very little care and no direct sun, making them perfect for beginners and anyone looking to grow nutrient-rich, sweet greens at home.
